Terms of use

FlightLeave is an information service. It tells you a time we think you should leave home. It does not book, arrange or provide transport of any kind.

We do not operate vehicles, employ or contract drivers, or accept payment for journeys. Nothing on this site constitutes or implies a Private Hire Vehicle operator licence, a taxi licence, or any equivalent authorisation.

A result may include links to other companies that provide airport transfers. They are independent businesses. If you book with one, your contract, payment and any complaint are with them, not with us. We may earn a commission.

Every time we show you is an estimate built from third-party data — flight times from a flight-data provider and drive times from a routing provider — plus our own fixed airport allowances. Both data sources can be wrong, late or unavailable. The airport allowance is a planning figure, not a measurement of security or check-in queues on the day.

Your airline’s check-in, bag-drop and boarding deadlines always take priority over anything shown here. If it matters, leave earlier.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on the information here — including arriving late, missing a check-in, bag-drop or boarding deadline, missing a flight, or any parking or drop-off charge incurred at an airport. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available, accurate or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
